YOUR TASKS

  • Leveraging both technical expertise and entrepreneurial foresight, you will spearhead the expansion of our business development in Scandinavia, with a specific emphasis on Sweden.
  • Your work will be characterized by a focused approach, collaborating closely with the Director/Manager of Business Development for the EMEA region to effectively implement our sales strategy.
  • Collaborating with technically proficient colleagues based at our headquarters, you will craft tailor-made drive and automation concepts that perfectly align with the diverse needs of our customers across various applications.
  • Actively participating in trade fairs throughout Scandinavia, you will represent our company and foster valuable connections.
  • Regularly adopting an analytical perspective, you will stay abreast of market trends, ensuring that you do not overlook emerging developments or the strategies employed by our competitors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Possession of a technical degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics engineering is required, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales involving technically complex products.
  • Preferably, you bring prior relevant experience in the realms of drive or automation technology and are ideally located in the south of Sweden.
  • Familiarity with control technology or general mechatronics engineering represents an advantageous asset.
  • Proficiency in the MS-Office suite, coupled with initial exposure to CRM and SAP systems, sets you apart.
  • A confident command of the English language in both verbal and written communication is essential.
